The thread appears to be deleted now, but the idea for today's strip comes from a post on the Full Contact Poker forums, where someone made a joke saying that their boyfriend got up and left the room while having sex and then some guy named Sorel came in and said he'd take over from there, which is in reference to Sorel "Imper1um" Mizzi, who was banned from Full Tilt Poker recently for buying stacks of other players late in tournaments.

In other news, JJProdiy has apparently been banned from playing in the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure. Good decision, Stars! All honest players applaud it.

One More Present

For those who don't know, JJProdigy is probably the biggest cheater in the history of online poker and he's not even 18 yet. Almost two years ago he was caught multi-accounting after one of his accounts won a huge tourney and shortly after that it was revealed that he was only 16 years old. He was banned from all sites, but he's continued to play on other people's accounts and he's continued to cheat on many other people's accounts, by his own admition. He also backs/stakes many of the top players online today. People like JJ and his friends are ruining online poker and they should be in jail.

JJ turns 18 in a couple weeks, just in time to play in the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure in the Bahamas, a European Poker Tour event. A couple days ago he posted a public "apology" on the main poker forums, a laughably fake letter filled with obvious lies, like even saying that he was 14 when he was caught multi-accounting, when he was actually 16. The goal of the apology was clearly to avoid getting his ass kicked in January when he's going to face the people he's stolen tons of money from in person for the first time. Scarlett hopes the apology will fail.

Sorry for the lack of comics lately. The strip might only update like twice a week on average for the next month or so while I write the Last Blood screenplay and lots of other stuff. Thank you for your patience.

Look, a new strip! Thanks to +EV fan JB for suggesting the basic concept for this one!

And hey, +EV is now in German too, joining Hungarian, Russian, Polish, and Bulgarian! I'm told many others are on the way! And there are probably some others out there already that I'm unaware of.

In other news, another comic I write, Last Blood, completed its first graphic novel over the weekend, which is a big reason for why we missed two +EV updates last week, as I was extremely busy finishing that up. A Last Blood sequel will start soon, though! It's the most popular horror comic online by far now, so you should check it out if you haven't yet!

And in even more news, this time actually poker related, I won over $600 early this morning in heads up cash games on Full Tilt Poker. Thanks to shipurstack for running very poorly against me!
