Limit Hold'em
STRIP #128
Harold is playing in today's WSOP Event #6, $1,500 buy-in Limit Hold'em. Or at least he was until he found out it was limit and left the Rio.
Huge good luck wishes go out to Eric "Rizen" Lynch, who is currently the CHIP LEADER with 25 left in Event #4, Pot Limit Hold'em, the same tourney that he finished third in last year! Rizen was the first pro to appear in a +EV strip last September and he's my favorite poker player right now. He's winning a bracelet tomorrow.
By the way, online players are just tearing it up lately live, winning practically everything, including a 1-2-3 finish and then 2 out of the top 4 result in the last two WPT events, and the first 2007 WSOP bracelet was won by a kid who just turned 21 and is a big time player online.
Had a fun +EV tourney yesterday, with SurfChix winning the event for the second straight time that she's played it, something that had never been done before.

first comment on your site. gotta say I love your comics. although, I think it would be more "correct" if harold said "hookers and blow" in the last sentence. You have used some stuff from 2+2 before, and the term from there (BBV) is usually hookers and blow. anyways, good comic as always :)
Ah, this isn't from 2+2, though. This is referencing what Harold himself said earlier about how he lost all his weight and money and such back in December in the comic. Same line of "hookers and drugs."
Glad you like the comic!
