Why does he speaks like russian but he is from Finland? :D and where did you came up with the last name? But anyway, thanks for bringing up Finland in your great comic!
Unfortunately I'm not very familiar with the way Russian or Finnish people speak, so it was all just guess work on my part. I planned to introduce a foreign character and "+EV" has lots of readers from Finland, so I decided to make him Finnish. Glad you like the comics!
Oh, and I got the name from THIS SITE.
Just checked the name from "väestörekisterikeskus" = population register center..
There are 3373 men whose first name is "Konsta" and 28 whose surname is "Rapinoja". So it is highly unlikely that you could run into real Konsta.. ;)
